- Vanguard Institutional 500 Index Trust – fund id 2040. That page says it invests in “Institutional Select shares of the Vanguard 500 Index Fund”, which I think is VFFSX (Yahoo!Finance page here, Vanguard page here).
- Vanguard Institutional Total Bond Market Index Trust – fund id 1984. This follows the same index as BND: the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Float Adjusted Index.
- Vanguard Institutional Total International Stock Market Index Trust – fund id 2069

I am putting these here so when I update my accounts in my financial software I can get the prices easily (right now I use GnuCash, but I might try out Ledger Mode in Emacs). Vanguard used to have a list of funds with their distribution dates, but they changed their site, and now I cannot find it. I guess that is how they keep fees low: by keeping you in the dark. State Street distributions can be found in a PDF here. There is also a link to it in the historical distributions page. Schwab Asset Management has theirs in an embedded PDF file here.
